What Is This Program?

The Youth Impact Leader Program is a selective volunteer initiative that invites ambitious young students to be part of the team behind the Bay Area Young Stars Talent Festival 2026. Selected leaders gain real-world experience in event operations, earn recognized certification, and make a lasting impact on their community.

Your Responsibilities

Support smooth audition and event-day operations
Coordination and communication between teams
Promotion and outreach to schools & communities
Assist with participant check-in and logistics
Act as a positive ambassador for the festival
Help manage the Non-Stage Exhibit Zone

What You Earn

Certificate of Leadership & Community Service
Volunteer hours (applicable through school)
Ambassador badge and event merchandise
Priority consideration for future leadership roles
Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?

Students aged 12–16 years
Enrolled in a Bay Area school
Enthusiastic about events & community
Available for Orientation on Oct 18, 2026
Committed to show-day volunteer duties
Parental/guardian consent required

Limited Spots: Only 2 students per school will be selected from 5–6 partner schools. Both direct applications and school nominations are welcome.
